STAGE DESIGN - SHIFT BY INFOBIP CONFERENCE

We make magic happen!

Without false modesty, we can confidently say – WE MAKE MAGIC HAPPEN! This year at the Infobip Shift conference we had an opportunity to showcase exactly that , as our team was responsible for delivering the complete stage and venue design solution.

Last year we were tasked with designing and producing custom scenography for the conference hallways and surrounding zones. This year, we had the honor of taking on an even bigger challenge – designing the main stage and hall. We had to create a design that would support the dynamic conference program and allow attendees to connect with the space, the speakers and the topics surrounding them.

From conceptual designs presented through hyper-realistic 3D renders to the final on-site execution (including the coordination of setup and technical /AV production), we focused on creating a solution that was not only visually striking but also highly functional.

Step 1: 3D Renders – Bringing Concept Designs to Life

The first step in creating the scenography was developing 3D renders to convey our vision of the space and the stage in the most precise way possible. These hyper-realistic visuals allowed the client to see exactly how the design would look in the real space, even before the physical production began. This step was crucial in ensuring that every idea was clearly defined and tailored to meet the specific needs of the conference, ultimately paving the way for successful implementation.

Step 2: Coordination of Technical Production & Playout

When the big day arrived, it was time to bring the design to life! Our team, led by Miroslav Hrg, was on-site to ensure that every element was installed according to our technical design solution. Coordinating the production on-site was critical – from setting up LED screens and lighting to arranging all the other visual elements that made up the overall experience. Our goal was to ensure that everything ran smoothly, without delays, and with the utmost precision.

Design as an Experience

For us, design is not just an aesthetic element, but a key component of a successful event. The Infobip Shift conferenceprovided us with the opportunity to demonstrate how carefully thought-out and innovative stage design can shape the attendee experience and contribute to the overall success of the event.
